Job Title: Senior Operations Facilities Administrator

Unique Employment Services are proudly recruiting a Senior Operations and Facilities Administrator, for our well-established client based in Corby, Northamptonshire. Our client specialises in the design, manufacture and distribution of packaging. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to join and support a busy growing company!

The main purpose of the role is to provide efficient and timely administration for the company, and support service for the Directors. You will be based in their Head Office in Corby, however, you will also have their Bristol and Braford sites as part of the remit, so the ability and flexibility to travel is a requirement, with the possibility of occasional overnight stays to suit business requirements.

Your Duties will include;
- All HR duties such as control of absence and holiday, recruitment, advising and assisting during disciplinaries, payroll and pension cover, all compliance documentation
- General admin duties such as data entry, auditing, prepare, type and format a wide variety of documentation, quotations and supplier negotiations
- All Healthy and Safety duties such as risk assessments, accident reporting and recording, ensuring all staff adhere to company H&S regulations and procedures, organising and providing H&S training
- Management duties such as decision making, problem solving, delegating, mentoring others, providing employees targets and KPI’s

Skills & Experience required;
- Senior administration experience essential
- Valid UK driving licence essential as there will be travel involved
- Proven experience in H&S, Quality Control, HR and Business Administration
- Strong work ethic with positive attitude
- Customer focused, with excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to take responsibility, and to manage others
- Competent in all Microsoft Office programmes
- Proactive and highly organised

Your working week will be;
Monday – Thurs: 08.30-17.00pm
Friday: 08.30-15.00pm
