Michaela recently promoted to Sales Director, previously a Senior Manager works closely with all our branches to assist with business development, tenders and sales training to name a few of her roles within the Company. An ambitious individual that is always looking out for new innovative ideas to assist with the development and growth of each branch and the Company.
Joining The Head Office Team is Matt Retchless, Business development Consultant, who gained most of his experience working as a Permanent Consultant. Matt has now taken on the role of Business Development Consultant. Working with all branches with the aim to develop and create strong business partnerships, whilst exceeding client expectations.

Julia Rolfe – HR and Compliance Manager
Julia joined Unique in 2016 as a branch consultant to cover maternity leave following this Julia worked as a branch administrator. After her potential was recognised Julia was promoted to HR and Compliance Manager. Julia is a dedicated and driven individual who will go above and beyond what is expected. Julia is recognised across the business as the go to person for help and support.
Lynn Fountain – Head Office Manager
Has worked within Recruitment Head Offices functions for more than 20 years. Lynn joined Unique as a Payroll/Credit Control Administrator but through training and develop now leads the Head Office team. Lynn has a great aptitude for resolving problems based on facts and figures.
Sam Carter – Credit Control Administrator
Long-standing team member Sam has been with Unique a number of years and has covered all areas of Head Office functions. Sam Currently deals with the company’s credit control but is never too far away from assisting the other members of the team who may need some support.
Winnie Casey – Payroll Administrator
Winnie is the longest standing member of the team. Winnie has a great eye for detail. Winnie will always strive to help workers understand their pay.
Laura O’Leary- Payroll/Purchase Ledger Administrator
Laura is the baby of the team. When she joined Unique Laura had not been involved in any direct payroll administration but through development has managed to obtain all the skills required. Laura is always willing to take her hand to anything she is asked to do.
Sally Andrew – Payroll Administrator
Sally is the newest member of the Head Office team, she joins us with an abundance of accounts knowledge. Sally strives to make sure has all the knowledge she needs, always pushing her herself to develop and improve her skill set.
The branch has been successful from the outset and is hard to beat in the local area – some of our clients from day 1 opening still remain clients to this day!

Having come from a recruitment background spanning eight years with a wealth of knowledge of dealing with industrial and office based positions and building strong relationships with clients and workers. Susan is a proactive upbeat manager and prides herself on the service she offers and the reputation she has built which can only be achieved with an ambitious and dedicated team.
Danielle Grace – Administrator
Danielle is a bright and bubbly team player, who is organised, methodical and brings a fresh attitude to the Luton Branch. Danielle has the capability to make sure our clients and workers are well looked after. Danielle ensures everyone is greeted with a smile.
Samantha Toye – Industrial Consultant
With over 10 year’s recruitment experience, Samantha is a competent professional with a bubbly character who has built excellent relationships with both clients and candidates.
Lauren Duggan – Industrial Consultant
Lauren is long-serving with Unique Employment Services, and has risen up through the ranks within the industrial sector and proved to be a real asset due to her excellent work ethic and client / candidate relationships.
Nicola Dengel – Driving Consultant
Another long service member of the Luton team. Nicola has gained extensive knowledge of the business inside-out, which has meant a solid foundation for Nicola to service both clients and candidates.
Carolyn Bain – Driving Consultant
Customer service is key for Carolyn’s clients, which include major logistic supply chain specialists. Her compliance bench-mark is second to none, both clients & candidates never fail to mention the 1st class service provided by Carolyn.

John Lewis – On Site
Has worked for Unique Employment Services for 18 years, the last 7 years has been on-site at John Lewis Magna Park. Working alongside her superb team of supervisors that help with the day to day running of the business .
Deals with all the recruiting for the 400 plus staff that are needed for this specialist Warehouse and Distribution center. Carmel started at Unique in the warehouse almost 7 years ago, worked her way into a Supervisor role and for the past four years has recruited for MP1 and MP2.

The continued success of the branch saw the recent purchase of new premises in Wellingborough town centre, we were honoured to have the presence of the Mayor & Mayoress of Wellingborough to open the office in May 2017.
Highly qualified hands on Branch Manager with experience in Driving, Industrial, Commercial and County / Borough Council recruitment. Claudia has a solid experience with client service delivery, contract implementation and the day to day running of a recruitment branch along with the ability to build strong relationships with client’s, peers and team.
Alex is an integral part of the team and has extensive warehouse management experience and delivers excellent customer services. A dedicated hands on member of the team with a superb insight into how our clients work and the issues they face on a daily basis. A strong communicator with proven business development experience.
Monika is responsible for all branch sales, bookings recruiting and day to day management of the candidates. Monika has strong social media recruitment experience and has developed excellent relationships with both the workers and the clients.
Newly promoted to Recruitment Consultant Shannan is one of the first points of contact for our candidates. Shannan is also responsible for our Advertising, candidate management and sourcing new business leads.
Jane Clayton – Payroll Administrator
Jane is our payroll / administrator and is responsible for the administrative functions within the Branch along with providing admin support to the team. Jane also looks after our payroll, client invoicing and Branch compliance.
The exciting growth period in the company saw the opening of our Peterborough Branch in February 2015. The aim of the branch is to provide a fantastic experience for both our workforce and client base alike. The branch has a real focus on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction which has resulted in continued growth in a challenging market place.

Having come from a branch, on-site and area management background spanning over 25 years with a wealth of knowledge of dealing with Industrial and Health & Social care positions/ Andy has built strong relationships with clients and workers. Andy is a proactive upbeat manager who prides himself on the service he delivers to his clients, which can only be achieved with a strong, ambitious and dedicated team working alongside him.
